We are proud to share an exciting academic milestone at Templer Park International School Rawang (TPIS) — for the first time, our Grade 11 students have successfully completed their IGCSE Mock Examinations this academic year!
This inaugural round of mock exams marked a significant step forward in preparing students for the rigorous Cambridge IGCSE assessments. Designed to replicate the structure and pressure of the actual IGCSE environment, these mock exams serve as a vital rehearsal — allowing students to experience what it feels like to sit for real exams under formal conditions.
Our mock exams are thoughtfully structured to:
- Provide a realistic preview of the actual IGCSE exam setting.
- Help students become familiar with official exam rules, procedures, and SOPs.
- Strengthen time management and reduce exam-day anxiety through practice.
Throughout the examination period, students were challenged across a broad range of subjects, putting both their academic skills and emotional resilience to the test. It was inspiring to see them rise to the occasion — displaying focus, maturity, and determination as they navigated through unfamiliar formats and high-stakes scenarios.
But the journey doesn’t end there.
Mock exams are not just about performance — they’re about growth and guidance. Teachers will now carefully analyze each student’s results to identify learning patterns, strengths, and areas that need improvement. Using these insights, the school will roll out personalized support plans and targeted interventions over the next four months. This includes focused revision strategies, small group sessions, and one-on-one feedback designed to build confidence and bridge any gaps before the final IGCSE examinations.
