On Thursday, 24th April 2025, the halls of Templer Park International School Rawang (TPIS) were alive with colour, culture, and celebration as students came together for a memorable Hari Raya Celebration during the Homeroom session. It was a morning filled with laughter, unity, and the wonderful sights, sounds, and tastes of this special festival!
From the moment students arrived, there was a buzz of excitement in the air. Dressed in dazzling traditional attire — from baju kurung to baju Melayu and more — everyone looked festive and fabulous, proudly representing the beauty of Malaysian culture.
👑 The Raya Fashion Show: Style Meets Culture
One of the event’s highlights was our lively Raya Fashion Show! Students took to the runway with confidence and charm, showing off their traditional outfits while being cheered on by their friends and teachers. It was a wonderful way to celebrate cultural heritage, individuality, and of course — great style!
🎯 Games, Giggles & Good Times
No TPIS celebration is complete without some fun and games! Students joined in a variety of interactive activities and traditional games, creating moments of friendly competition, teamwork, and lots of laughter. Whether it was “Guess the Raya Song” or classic mini-games, the spirit of joy was everywhere!
🍽️ Potluck Magic: A Feast of Flavours
The heart of any Raya gathering? Food, of course! Our potluck breakfast was a colourful spread of delicious treats — from ketupat and rendang to kuih-muih and festive snacks brought by students and families. Sharing food brought everyone closer together, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere in every class.
💛 A Celebration of Unity
More than just a festive event, Hari Raya at TPIS was a beautiful reminder of the school’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and celebrating all cultures. Events like these allow students to not only learn about different traditions but also create cherished memories with their peers.

🎉 Thank you to all the students, parents, and teachers who helped make this celebration meaningful and fun. Your contributions — from the amazing outfits to the delicious food — made it truly special.
From all of us at TPIS, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri! Maaf Zahir dan Batin. 🌙✨
