Templer Park International School Rawang (TPIS), has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 15 private schools in China, marking a significant milestone in the school’s commitment to global education and cross-cultural collaboration.
This strategic agreement will facilitate student mobility between China and Malaysia, offering Chinese students access to TPIS’s Short-Term Enrolment and Summer/ WInter Programmes. These curated opportunities are designed to provide international students with a holistic and immersive educational experience in Malaysia’s multicultural setting.
The TPIS Summer/Winter Programme blends academic enrichment with English language development, cultural immersion, and outdoor experiential learning. The initiative aims not only to strengthen language skills and academic knowledge, but also to broaden students’ global perspectives, enhance personal growth, and foster meaningful international friendships.
Nestled in the serene, green landscape of Rawang, TPIS is recognized for its balanced approach to education—emphasizing academic excellence, leadership development, creativity, and global citizenship. This partnership with Chinese institutions aligns closely with the school’s mission to serve as a regional hub for international learning.
The first cohort of students from China is expected to arrive in the coming months, launching a new chapter of educational exchange and intercultural dialogue. TPIS looks forward to welcoming these students and providing them with a safe, engaging, and globally-minded learning environment.
This MOU reflects TPIS’s forward-looking vision and dedication to fostering international collaboration in education, as the school continues to grow its global network and enrich the learning experiences of all its students.
