At Templer Park International School (TPIS) in Rawang, innovation was in full swing as our primary students proudly unveiled their final year projects in a vibrant celebration of creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning.

This year’s Innovation Skills project saw young minds put their STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) knowledge to the test, designing and building everything from balloon-powered cars to magnetic mazes β€” no batteries required! πŸ’‘βš™οΈ

With curious minds and eager hands, students explored basic principles of physics, engineering, and design while bringing their imaginative ideas to life. The results? A dazzling display of movement, color, and creativity that showcased just how capable and inventive our young learners truly are.

πŸš— Balloon-powered vehicles zoomed across classroom floors, powered by nothing more than air pressure and a whole lot of ingenuity. Meanwhile, magnetic mazes challenged students to guide objects through intricate paths using only magnetic force, reinforcing their understanding of force and motion in the most exciting way possible.

What made these projects extra special was not just the science behind them, but the process: brainstorming ideas, testing prototypes, solving problems, and refining their designs β€” all key elements of 21st-century learning.

TPIS is proud to cultivate a learning environment where innovation is encouraged and celebrated. This STEAM-based approach helps our students develop not just academic skills, but the confidence to think creatively and solve problems collaboratively.

As our students presented their creations with pride, parents and teachers alike were reminded that big ideas can start small β€” especially when supported by curiosity, passion, and the freedom to explore.

Well done to our incredible primary innovators! We can’t wait to see what you’ll create next. πŸš€βœ¨
