The halls of Templer Park International School (TPIS) came alive with colour, laughter, and festive cheer as students and teachers celebrated the Festival of Lights — Deepavali! 💫

The celebration kicked off with warm opening remarks and a vibrant Traditional Dress Parade, where students proudly showcased their cultural outfits, filling the auditorium with a dazzling array of colours and smiles. The atmosphere was truly electric as everyone came together to honour the spirit of unity and joy that Deepavali represents.

Students then enjoyed a lively Deepavali presentation, followed by exciting performances by our talented secondary students. The heart of the event was the Rangoli Competition, where creativity took centre stage. From intricate powder patterns to colourful paper crafts, students from every grade worked together to create beautiful designs symbolizing prosperity and happiness. 🌺

After a festive lunch, the fun continued with a series of games and creative activities — from puzzles and playdough sweets to dress-up sessions and advertisement acting challenges. Laughter echoed through the school as students collaborated, competed, and learned more about Indian culture in the most enjoyable way possible.

The day ended with more student performances, a prize-giving ceremony, and a heartwarming montage capturing the best moments of the celebration. 🏆💖

This Deepavali event was a wonderful reminder of how diversity brings our TPIS community closer. It wasn’t just a festival — it was a celebration of friendship, creativity, and the light that shines when we learn and laugh together. 🌟
