In a learning environment where the school is embraced with greenery and nature, is the accurate representation of Templer Park International School. TPIS is the biggest green school in Malaysia, expanding over 20 acres of land. The abundance of flora at the school creates a calm and rejuvenating atmosphere for all students in helping with the progression of their studies. It is the balance between nature and technology in education that TPIS heavily focuses on as the main learning guide for students and teachers.
We learnt that the effective way of living with nature is to use their resources and to give back for further growth. TPIS’ Academicians had teamed up with students for a Big Clean Up day. Big Clean Up day was an activity that was held whereby students and teachers collected dried leaves and plants as compose. The compose will then be used as fertilizers for the students’ garden.

The activity had cultivated the essence of partnership and perseverance to achieve the targeted goal for each individual. It is education and learning outside of the classroom walls and giving liberty for students in expressing their understanding and love for nature.
Maintaining a clean environment helps in reducing pollution, preserves the biosphere, and helps with retaining earth’s natural resources. Let us all ingrain ourselves with the good habits of cleaning and reusing for a better living future.
