Field trips are an essential part of a student’s educational journey, offering a unique opportunity to learn beyond the confines of the classroom. Recently, the students of Templer Park International School embarked on an exciting adventure to Petrosains Suria KLCC, an interactive science discovery center located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. With great enthusiasm and curiosity, the students set out on a day filled with hands-on learning and memorable experiences.
On 6th July, the students gathered at Templer Park International School, brimming with anticipation for their field trip. Equipped with their backpacks and inquisitive minds, they boarded the buses that would take them to their destination. After a short journey, they arrived at Petrosains Suria KLCC.
With its captivating architecture and inviting atmosphere, the Petrosains building welcomed the students, setting the stage for an exciting day ahead. As they entered the facility, they were greeted by friendly staff members who provided an overview of the exhibits and activities.
Once inside, the students wasted no time immersing themselves in the interactive displays and exhibits. Petrosains is known for its innovative approach to science education, captivating visitors through a variety of hands-on experiences.
From the wonders of outer space to the intricacies of the human body, each section of Petrosains provided a wealth of knowledge and excitement. The students eagerly participated in experiments, simulations, and interactive displays, deepening their understanding of scientific concepts.
They marveled at the massive dinosaur replicas, delved into the mysteries of chemistry, and even had the opportunity to experience a simulated earthquake. With each activity, their curiosity grew, and they actively engaged in discussions and observations, guided by their teachers and the knowledgeable Petrosains staff.
After an eventful morning of exploration, it was time for a well-deserved break and a chance to refuel. The students gathered in front of the majestic KLCC Waterfall, a breathtaking sight within the Suria KLCC mall. With their lunches in hand, they enjoyed a picnic-style meal, surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of the cascading water.
As the day drew to a close, the students bid farewell to Petrosains Suria KLCC, their minds buzzing with newfound knowledge and memories that would last a lifetime. Boarding the buses, they embarked on the journey back to Templer Park International School.
